The Cooking Class and tasting workshops is organized by Brasov Metropolitan Agency with the aim to involve high school students from metropolitan area, Under privileged Youths’ (UPY) around food and also climate nexus. The event scheduled for 1th July and will cover the following topics: – The impact of the food system on climate change – The impact of food habits on your health – Changing how food is consumed (with reference on the short chains) – Cooking with local food – Planting seedlings
