Occupy the media: stories about youth activism and participation

How can young people reclaim the central role they deserve to play and drive the change in a socio-political context where the spaces for participation are more and more limited? Through the experiences of young activists and journalists, the talk “Occupy the media” will try to deconstruct stereotypes and explore new opportunities for young people to lead the change. The event will also feature the official presentation of the documentary “Yatapita”, written by Silvia Lazzaris, produced by Will Media in collaboration with ActionAid with the support of the Food Wave project.
