Seminar about food-waste recycling and good practices for everyday life: discussion among the partners and with the participants.
Chef Anna Blasco will present some concrete actions to recycle and avoid food waste at home. This will be followed by a
practical cooking workshop using leftover food from local markets. As result of the workshop , there will be a social dinner
cooked by the participants.
