Masterclass sustainable chocolate

The city of Bruges has a global partnership with Ebolowa, a city in the South of Cameroon. The essence of a global partnership is that both local authorities, together with external partners, exchange knowledge and experience on topics that are important to both cities. During the Fair Trade Week in Belgium, we held a Masterclass sustainable chocolate with studens from NTA (agricultural school in Nantes) and the chocolatier-department of Ter Groene Poorte (Bruges). Students from Ebolowa where respresented by their teachers, since they couldn’t travel (visa restrictions).
