A street action realized in collaboration with the University of Madrid and high level schools to celebrate Park(ing) Day: a global initiative aimed at temporarily repurpose street parking spaces and convert them to tiny parks and places for art, play, and activism. On September 17th 30 parking spaces along the city will be converted into mini markets stalls exhibiting vegetables, fruits, vegetables, legumes and other products to claim for local/seasonal products and less plastic waste and highlight the importance of proximity stores, that contribute to maintain the economy and the dynamism of the neighborhoods.
