2nd Round table Discussion on The (In) visible food-climate nexus. How our daily food choices change the climate?

On March 29, 2022 (Tuesday) Sofia Municipality organized a second round table on the project “Food Wave – Empowering Urban Youth for Climate Action”. The theme of the event was: “The (In) visible food-climate nexus”. The round table was held online through the ZOOM platform.
The event discussed current topics about the relationship between our daily food choices and how it changes the climate, sustainability and organic farming, urban agriculture, the relationship between the traditions of preserving local production and organic food.
