As part of the “Food Wave” project, Rede DLBC Lisboa will launch a series of debate dinners around the food and environmental sustainability nexus. The first dinner will take place on the 7th of July at the Rede DLBC Lisboa Resource Center – Carnide (Lisbon), under the theme “Lisbon Food Producers.” The program will start at 7 pm with a visit to the vegetable gardens built on the building’s terrace, followed by a visit to the kitchen of Associação Crescer, ending at the restaurant “É Uma Mesa”, with dinner. Three guest speakers will start the conversation, which will continue throughout the night.
