Food Wave launches a new and exciting challenge for the Earth Day 2022.
Let’s play with one of the most popular dishes: the poke. The poke has a varied composition of ingredients and is mostly based on fish, vegetables and rice. It is a super delicious dish but in its preparation, often involves the use of ingredients from long supply chains, which therefore have a significant impact considering the production and transport, as the report drafted by Està highlights.
This is the challenge: create your own sustainable poke bowl and show us that it can be both tasty and good for the planet!
To participate you must be between 18 and 35 years old.

The jury of the challenge will be composed by sustainability experts and influencers from the food and lifestyle world, who will evaluate the recipes using precise criteria

The special reward will be the opportunity to co-star in a live show featuring two influencers: Florenciafacose and Uomo senza tonno. During the show, the Winner will be interviewed and will have the occasione to present his/her plate to the public. Finally, chef and influencer Juan Llorca will make a reel with the winning recipe!
