The event has been co-organized by the Culture and Territory Observatory, a group that seeks to improve the connection between local sustainable food producers and collective catering in Madrid’s public universities, co-financed by the European Union-FEADER, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) and the Community of Madrid-IMIDRA. The OCT is the contracted entity for the execution of the pilot actions in the Universities.
