Agroecologic fair and farmers market

Local producers market with organic food stalls and stands of public bodies. The fair is completed with workshops on hydroponic gardens, sustainable tapas, composting, km 0, explanatory tastings, tastings, gymkhana with a gift basket of products, parades, games, photocall and exhibitions on food and climate change. The event has been co-organized by the Culture and Territory Observatory, a group that seeks to improve the connection between local sustainable food producers and collective catering in Madrid’s public universities, co-financed by the European Union-FEADER, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) and the Community of Madrid-IMIDRA. The OCT is the contracted entity for the execution of the pilot actions in the Universities.
